Timothy R. Touloukian
Timothy Touloukian serves as Vice President, Sales and Distribution of Pave Investment Advisors, LLC, the wholly owned investment advisory subsidiary of Pave Finance, Inc. He primarily oversees relationships across the Northeast, focusing on building and growing Pave's network of registered investment advisors and independent wealth management firms. What drew Timothy to Pave was the caliber of its management team and Board, along with the scalability of the platform and the culture being built around it.
Timothy brings more than 25 years of experience managing investment portfolios and raising capital across private and public markets. He has worked closely with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors, with particular depth in alternative investments and biotech. His strength lies in positioning complex opportunities and closing capital effectively.
Before Pave, Timothy served as SVP at Paulson Investment Company for six years, where he ranked as a top-ten producer nationwide during his tenure. While at the firm, Timothy raised tens of millions of dollars from high-net-worth individuals. Notably, he originated and secured millions in funding from a New York-based multi-billion-dollar hedge fund, which later culminated to more than $70 million in total capital raised in the initial public offering. This helped grow the company from $30 million pre-money valuation to an approximate $2 billion valuation. He later served as SVP at SignPath Pharma where he raised millions in capital and secured a term sheet of more than $10 million from a hedge fund. Throughout his career, Timothy has built and managed relationships spanning private placements and public offerings, offering unique investment opportunities to high-net-worth investors, corporations, and institutions.
Timothy holds a B.A. in Psychology and English from Southern Methodist University, where he walked on to the top-ten Division I golf program, an experience he credits with shaping his work ethic. He carries a similar discipline into his work, where managing capital for people across many walks of life has given him a deep instinct for building personal connections.
Outside of work, Timothy enjoys spending time with his daughter, working on getting his golf game back to scratch, and returning to the trumpet after years of performing as first chair with the New Haven Wind Ensemble and New Haven Concert Orchestra.
