Shannon Soqui

Shannon Soqui serves as Chief Financial Officer across Pave Finance, Inc., Pave Investment Advisors, LLC., and Pave Labs, LLC., overseeing financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, strategy, reporting, capital financings, and corporate governance for the company.

Mr. Soqui brings a unique combination of disciplines to the CFO role, with a career that spans accounting, law, and investment banking at the highest levels of Silicon Valley. He spent 20 years as a technology investment banker at firms including Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse, and UBS, completing more than 100 corporate finance and M&A transactions valued at more than $20 billion. His expertise spanned enterprise software, internet, cloud computing, semiconductors, and clean technology, with clients including Advanced Micro Devices, Amazon, Cisco Systems, and Texas Instruments. Before investment banking, he practiced as a corporate and securities lawyer at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and Gunderson Dettmer in Palo Alto, advising on public offerings, venture capital financings, M&A, and SEC compliance and reporting. Before practicing law, he was a staff accountant in the audit department at KPMG in San Jose, working with clients including Hitachi Data Systems, National Semiconductor, and Toshiba.

Mr. Soqui holds a B.A. in Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Santa Clara University School of Law, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
