Paolo Cruz serves as Director of Client Relations of Pave Securities, LLC, the wholly owned broker-dealer subsidiary of Pave Finance, Inc. He works closely with clients as they evaluate, adopt, and expand their use of Pave Pro. He serves as a key connection point between advisors and Pave’s internal teams across product, design, engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership, helping translate advisor needs and feedback into meaningful platform improvements.

Paolo brings 16 years of experience across financial services, with a background spanning advisor support, client relationship management, customer experience, platform adoption, and operational execution. Prior to joining Pave, he served as a Service Relationship Manager at Charles Schwab, where he supported Multi-Family Office RIAs and helped guide their transitions to the Schwab Advisor platform.

Earlier in his career, Paolo held several customer experience leadership roles at Robinhood, including Site Onboarding Manager and Customer Experience Manager. During his time there, he helped support and launch key client-facing initiatives, including Live Support, Live Chat, and IPO Access. He began his financial services career at Wells Fargo, where he served as a Premier Banker managing a book of affluent client relationships.

Across his career, Paolo has focused on helping clients and advisors navigate complex financial products, platforms, and service models. His work has centered on staying close to client needs, removing friction from the user experience, and helping financial professionals adopt technology in ways that better support their businesses and their clients. That same focus on practical problem-solving led him to Pave, where sophisticated portfolio customization is made more accessible to everyday advisors.

Paolo graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in English Literature. He also holds the Series 6, 7, 9/10 Securities Licenses through FINRA.

Outside of work, Paolo enjoys traveling throughout the United States and abroad. He believes one of the best ways to experience a new place is by attending a local sporting event, learning about its culture, and exploring its food scene.
