Millie Galvan serves as Sales Operations Manager at Pave Finance, overseeing the systems and processes that support Pave's go-to-market and client success operations. Since joining in June 2023, she built and launched Pave's entire Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environment from the ground up, migrating the company's sales data into a unified CRM infrastructure for the first time.
Millie's career spans sales, education, and operations across several industries. Before Pave, she held sales and team leadership roles across a range of environments, from commission-based car sales to an EdTech startup connecting international students with native English speakers, to building and managing her own cross-continental sales team in the health and wellness space. Along the way, she developed a consultative sales practice working with an academic institution, refining her ability to position complex offerings to diverse audiences.
Millie did not follow a traditional academic path. From working in neighborhood shops to leading sales teams across continents, her experience was her education, built through entrepreneurship, customer-facing roles, and a genuine curiosity about how people operate together. That range is what gives Millie a natural instinct for connecting with people and adapting to whatever the work requires.
Having spent years building teams and running her own ventures, Millie understands firsthand the value of time, and what becomes possible when it’s spent on the right things. That same appreciation is what drew her to Pave's mission. The idea that Pave helps advisors reclaim their time, so they can focus on their clients and their craft rather than the mechanics of portfolio management, is something she finds deeply meaningful.
Millie puts that same philosophy into practice outside of work, exploring woodworking, painting, and sewing. For her, freetime isn't downtime. It's where curiosity lives.
