Luis Rodolfo Molina serves as Software Engineer of Pave Labs, LLC, the wholly owned software subsidiary of Pave Finance, Inc. In his role, Luis helps build and refine the platform’s core infrastructure and product features. What drew him to Pave was the opportunity to take something inherently complex and make it feel approachable. He knows that when people’s money is on the line, numbers and spreadsheets can become overwhelming, and he finds satisfaction in making personal finance simpler and less intimidating through Pave. That conviction is what resonates with him most about Pave’s mission, the focus on empowering independent investors.

Before Pave, Luis worked at Tree Goat Media, where building products from the ground up meant adapting quickly, taking on a wide range of work, and growing alongside a young company. Working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment deepened his engineering ability and his fluency with AWS, teaching him to keep projects moving even as priorities changed.

Luis studied at the University of El Salvador, where a rigorous academic environment pushed him toward greater independence and self-reliance. He is a certified AWS Cloud Practitioner, a credential that grew out of his fascination with building through serverless architecture.

Outside of work, Luis enjoys taking a walk or a swim to clear his head. He says that finding the time to move helps quiet a busy mind and keep him active. At home, he enjoys playing online games and connecting with friends.
