Fisher Pyatt serves as Associate, Customer Success of Pave Investment Advisors, LLC, the wholly owned investment advisory subsidiary of Pave Finance, Inc. He works with advisors to help them get the most out of the Pave platform, supporting the back office operational side of the client experience. Fisher also creates resources that help advisors navigate the platform and supports the sales team with day-to-day operations and tasks.

Through his contributions to the back office processes, Fisher helps advisors reclaim time they would normally spend on manual tasks. His work ties directly to what resonates with him most about Pave’s mission: bringing institutional-grade investment tools to retail clients.

Before joining Pave, Fisher played five years of college baseball across the JUCO, Division I, and Division II levels, an experience that taught him to lead, solve problems, and perform under pressure. Those lessons in discipline and staying composed in high-stakes moments are ones he carries directly into his work today.

Fisher graduated from California State University San Marcos with a degree in Mind, Media and Environment. He also holds his Securities Industry Essentials® certification. He credits much of his outlook to his parents, who have been his biggest role models, and to his father in particular, who instilled in him the value of consistency and work ethic.

Outside of work, Fisher enjoys the gym and keeping up with just about every sport. He likes spending time with friends at social gatherings, and whenever he is near the water, you will find him at the beach.
