Elyse Goldblum serves as Head of Product of Pave Labs, LLC, the wholly owned software subsidiary of Pave Finance, Inc. She plays a pivotal role in translating internal and external feedback into real solutions that accelerate adoption of the platform and the growth of the company.

Elyse began her career on the client solutions side at Kepler, where her desire to move beyond identifying customer challenges and toward solving them led her into product management. Most recently, she spent two years at iCapital, a platform connecting financial advisors to alternative investments, where she led strategy and roadmap execution for a global investments platform. Much of her work centered on partnering with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams to solve unmet needs and ship features that reached tens of thousands of users.

Elyse is especially proud of her immediate impact on Pave's internal roadmap, with a focus on advisor-facing workflows designed to enhance the overall experience. The fast pace and the chance to truly own product work are what drew her to Pave, along with a team that cares deeply about both the technology it builds and the users it serves.

Elyse studied UX and Entrepreneurship at the University of Michigan, and enjoys staying active with fitness and tennis, and likes cooking, Broadway shows, reading, and traveling.
