Ed Tedeschi is a co-founder of Pave Finance and serves as Head of Strategic Relationships for Pave Investment Advisors, LLC, the wholly owned investment advisory subsidiary of Pave Finance, Inc. He leverages four decades of experience across financial services to support Pave’s growth and partnership strategy at the enterprise level.

Ed’s career in the financial services industry spans over 45 years. He began at Goldman Sachs in his hometown of New York, where he spent his early years learning the foundational aspects of operations, finance, and administration. When he joined Morgan Stanley, his 10-year tenure commenced with his ascension within the business development group, where he performed key roles in the international expansion of the firm, including the launch of the London-based wealth management division. He was also a founding member of Morgan Stanley Services, where he was instrumental in the establishment of the prime brokerage, securities lending, and clearing businesses.

After relocating to California in 1993, Ed served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Genesis Merchant Group, a $20 billion investment boutique that was composed of a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, and proprietary alternative fund platform. After consummating the sale of Genesis, he founded HC Associates, LLC, which was an innovative and unique “In House” consulting business that delivered customized business solutions to diversified financial enterprises. In 2012, HC was acquired by Rothstein Kass, where Ed co-Headed the Business Advisory Practice. He subsequently became a Principal at KPMG, where he led the alternative investment consulting business for the Western Region.

Ed has held several Senior Advisory roles, including 801 West Capital Management, Bel Air Investment Advisors, Global Financial Services, Constellation Advisors, The Northern Trust Company, and a select group of Family Offices.
