Auden Ehringer

Chief Technology Officer

Auden Ehringer serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Pave Finance and the CEO and CTO of Pave Labs LLC., the company’s technology subsidiary. She joined Pave in March of 2023 as the Head of Engineering and now leads product development across the platform, overseeing Pave’s Pro website, Developer APIs, Consumer app, and internal tools.

At Pave, Auden designed the core infrastructure that positions the company at the intersection of institutional wealth management and machine learning software. Her background brings a unique perspective to Pave’s executive team, assisting in the mission of democratizing wealth management by contributing an engineering approach to what is typically treated as a business problem. The platform’s proprietary optimization engine, compliance automation, portfolio management tools, and AI-driven research efforts reflect her belief that the gap between what large institutions can build and what independent advisors can access is closable with engineering solutions.

Auden started her career in software at Amazon Lab128 working on embedded systems in Alexa devices. She later served as Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Google, where she worked on the distributed systems behind YouTube Discovery with projects in Search, machine learning infrastructure and the development of YouTube Shorts during a period of significant growth for the platform. Her background in reliability engineering lends well to Pave’s focus on building reliable and consistent financial products at scale. Alongside her extensive career in tech, a year-long internship at First Republic Private Wealth Management gave her direct exposure to the operational complexity of wealth management, a perspective that shapes how she thinks about building financial technology that applies directly to all areas of portfolio management.

Auden holds a dual B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Stanford University. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the MET, taking her dog to off-leash hours, and spontaneous crafting.
